Yes, you need to pay us Commission for the booking on Product, the charges are dependent on the Plan you subscribe to.

Will there be any benefits if I switch to Paid Plan?

If you switch to paid Plan then you have to pay less Commission on per Booking to us. Also you can more number of Booking Products for which you are not charging anything.

Is it easy to switch between the various Plans?

Yes, you can easily switch between the Plans, you only need to install the Paypal Add-on.
